Instructions For Using Online Registration Form:

1)  Select the 2 classes you would like to register for from the drop down menus.  For more details on our complete class schedule, click the 'Schedule' tab above.

2)  Enter the information of the student who will be taking classes under 'Student Details'.

3)  Enter your credit card information under 'Payment Details'.

4)  Click 'Send Details' to Authorize Evergreen TSD to charge you for the 8 Week Summer Trial Program.

5)  You will receive a confirmation email within a few days.

 

The 8 Week Summer Trial Program starts the week of June 24th and is $149.  If you register before May 31st, the cost is only $125!
